Free and Affordable Places to take your kids in ATL!

Free and Affordable Places to take your kids in ATL!

We took our two year old out of daycare in February to save some coins. Dishing out 12k a year is for the birds and I would rather stack those funds. Wouldn't you? I now have less free time but I get to spend more time with my toddler and stack cash at the same damn time. WINNING!

At first I was like OMG what are we gonna do, how will I work out, how will I grocery shop, what about his social skills!? I questioned our decision over and over. I was like just do it! My husband and I discussed our work schedules and came up with a plan. And it's working.

So I had no choice but to get creative with our daily activities. Here's what I found:

The Atlanta Public Library host weekly activities for toddlers. Toddler story time is held mostly on Tuesdays. Some locations have music and dance time. Check with your local library for exact dates and times.

The Georgia Aquarium offers Mommy & Me discounts Monday-Thursday ends May 24th.

The Children's Museum offers weekday toddler activities for $15.95

High Museum of Art (my favorite place) is FREE on the second Sunday of each month. They also have toddler day on Tuesday and Thursday for regular admission cost.

Dollar Tree my go to for all learning supplies. Nolan and I pick up flash cards, ABC signs, drawing pads, puzzles, etc. He throws in a ball every time we go. Lol!

Hopefully you'll find these places fun to do with your kids. Please share any info you may have. Thanks!
